At Omorovicza, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or unsealed.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is well-protected, and include your original delivery note with the RMA number clearly marked.

  Ship the Items

  Label your package with our return address and drop it off at your preferred courier; we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
